NUWAY COOPERATIVE SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
NuWay Cooperative is now accepting applications for up to ten (10) $500 scholarships.
The scholarship is open to all students from Southern MN and Northern IA.
The scholarship is open to all patrons/customers of NuWay Cooperative and their children – including employees and directors.
To be eligible, an applicant must be attending or planning to attend an accredited college, university, or technical school. We encourage, but do not require, the applicant to be seeking a degree or certificate in agricultural studies.
Applicants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Leadership

Scholastic achievement
- Extra-curricular activities

Community involvement
Scholarship applications can be downloaded from our website at www.nuwaycoop.com or you may call the corporate office and request an application. Applications must be submitted to Tyler Olson, PO Box Q, Trimont, MN 56176 by March 31, 2012. Award winners will be announced April 30, 2012.
The scholarship awards will be paid after the first quarter or semester of the school year upon proof to the scholarship committee that the applicant has maintained at least a “C” average. If not attained the first quarter or semester, the scholarship may be awarded after a subsequent quarter or semester, once a “C” average is maintained.
