NUWAY DIRECT™ FUEL DELIVERY PROGRAM DETAILS
NuWay Cooperative will:
- Determine when product is delivered to the site.
- Offer delayed payment terms.
- Share daily rack prices and NuWay’s margin with customer.
The customer will:
- Own the product in the tanks.
- Pay for the fuel in three ways:
- Purchase part/all fuel in the tanks at any time.
- Contract fuel for usage periods.
- Monthly deferred billing—cost averaged.
NOTE: The customer can discontinue the program any time by paying for the fuel in the tanks.
CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS
To participate, a customer must:
- Have enough storage to hold all the fuel needs for largest season.
- Storage tanks and equipment must be approved by NuWay Cooperative.
- NuWay Cooperative will provide additional tanks and equipment to the customer at cost or trade for equity.*
- Provide access to a phone line, so NuWay can install tank monitors and estimate usage.
- Agree not to discuss the NuWay Direct Fuel Delivery program with anyone other than NuWay staff, because of the confidential pricing information being shared.
*Installation cannot be offset with equity and must be billed.
